It seems that this is the way to solicit creative, meaningful conversation. Provide the general structure (without it, we probably wouldn't have gotten past the yummy food and beverages), set some general ground rules and let the fun begin. Thanks to Peter and Renee for organizing and for Keen for hosting. Great space and wonderful to hear about Keen's own experiences in this realm.
