[...] In late 2008, I responded to a blog post calling for contributions to the book project “Connect! Marketing in the Social Media Era”. Editor Jeff Caswell was hoping to gather 100 essays by marketers on using social media. Published in March 2009 on Blurb under the label The Project 100, “Connect!” offered a collection of short chapters about communication, storytelling, and relationship building via social media. The book’s sales benefited Susan G. Komen for the Cure. My contribution was titled “We the People: Social Media and Sustainability”. (“Connect!” is no longer available for sale, and The Project 100 website is down; Jeff terminated the project after reaching his $2,000 target for donations to Komen. You can read my review of “Connect!”.) [...]

Hi Jim,

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you. The book page on Blurb is down, as you've probably noticed, and I have received zero response from the editor to my queries regarding the question (I wanted to purchase additional copies myself). I've also reached out to a few fellow contributors, but no one knows anything. Sorry!
