You hear the buzzwords everywhere. Such a big planet to save, so little time. Yet beyond all the talk, it’s simple: when you go about fulfilling your needs, whatever they may be, make sure you preserve the ability of future generations to meet their own needs the same way you can.
What can you do?
- Reduce…the amount of waste you create. Buy less, enjoy more.
- Reuse…the containers or products you own. Think before you toss.
- Recycle…the things you have and waste you produce. Aim for the recycling bin, not the landfill.
- Rethink…the environmental footprint of your reducing, reusing, and recycling. Less is more.
- Replenish…the natural resources your consumption used. Plant a tree, offset, give back.
